Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical positions, specifically focusing on weekend shifts and remote candidates.
- Optimize job descriptions and company pages for SEO to improve organic traffic and candidate quality.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using various sourcing channels and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Analyze recruitment metrics and SEO data to refine strategies and improve hiring KPIs.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define technical requirements and job scopes.
- Conduct technical screening interviews and coordinate on-site or virtual interviews.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or a related HR role.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and their application in HR marketing.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, with high reliability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on candidate experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with social media recruitment strategies and sourcing tools.
