Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for technical roles (Software Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps)
- Optimize job descriptions, career pages, and recruitment content for SEO and conversion
- Source passive candidates via LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech communities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate criteria
- Track KPIs: time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and applicant conversion rates
- Analyze SEO metrics to improve recruitment funnel visibility and quality
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools
Qualifications
- 5+ years in technical recruiting with proven success in Silicon Valley roles
- Expertise in SEO fundamentals, keyword research, and content optimization
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Strong sourcing skills across GitHub, Stack Overflow, and professional networks
- Experience with recruitment analytics and data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage passive candidates
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or related field
