Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical roles using modern sourcing techniques and SEO-optimized job descriptions.
- Optimize job board postings and company career pages for high-ranking search results (SEO).
- Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and track recruitment KPIs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate personas.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools and industry trends.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Human Resources.
- Basic to Intermediate understanding of SEO principles and keyword research.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with flexible scheduling.
