Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes for enterprise SaaS platforms
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and persona developmentCreate wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity design systems
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement solutions
- Analyze user behavior data to drive design decisions
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critiques
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and executive leadership
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing B2B SaaS work
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with user research methodologies and A/B testing
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills with remote team experience
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
