Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for internal and external clients.
- Manage and prioritize incoming helpdesk tickets efficiently using our CRM system.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and peripherals.
- Document technical solutions and create knowledge base articles to improve team efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and system bottlenecks.
- Conduct remote training sessions to empower users with technical best practices.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or helpdesk roles.
- Strong proficiency with Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems.
- Experience with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, LogMeIn, AnyDesk).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail.
