Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain enterprise systems during weekend shifts (Friday 6PM - Monday 6PM CST)
- Resolve Tier 3 technical escalations for cloud infrastructure and SaaS platforms
- Coordinate disaster recovery procedures and incident response protocols
- Generate comprehensive weekend performance reports for executive leadership
- Collaborate with APAC and EMEA teams during handover transitions
- Implement system optimizations during low-traffic weekend windows
- Maintain 99.9% uptime SLA for weekend operations
Qualifications
- 5+ years in IT infrastructure support with weekend shift experience
- Expertise in AWS/Azure cloud environments and DevOps toolchains
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in monitoring tools (Datadog, SolarWinds, Splunk)
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Strong written communication for cross-team documentation
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Available exclusively for weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday)
