Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof AI Systems: Design scalable, secure, and efficient deep learning architectures capable of handling complex, multi-modal data streams for the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead Strategic Research: Identify and evaluate cutting-edge technologies in Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Neuromorphic engineering to drive product innovation.
- Define Technical Roadmaps: Create comprehensive technical strategies and timelines that align with business goals and the evolving landscape of AI safety.
- Ensure Ethical Standards: Implement robust governance frameworks to mitigate algorithmic bias and ensure responsible AI deployment.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate high-level concepts into executable technical solutions.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor senior engineering talent, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in machine learning engineering, deep learning, or AI research, with a proven track record of leading large-scale projects.
- Technical Mastery: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Spark).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and anticipate technological shifts relevant to the 2026 timeframe.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on solving high-impact, ambiguous problems.
