Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates across tech platforms (GitHub, Stack Overflow, LinkedIn) for hard-to-fill roles
- Conduct virtual technical interviews and skills assessments for software engineers and data scientists
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines for emerging technologies like AI/ML and cloud infrastructure
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and optimize recruitment strategies
- Leverage ATS and CRM systems to track metrics and improve conversion rates
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Implement SEO-optimized job postings to maximize candidate visibility
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related technical field
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience with proven success in remote/hybrid environments
- Expertise in sourcing strategies for specialized tech roles (DevOps, cybersecurity, data engineering)
- Certification in technical interviewing (e.g., Google Tech Hiring Certificate) preferred
