We are looking for a self-starter who can hit the ground running and help us fill critical roles in our engineering, data science, and product teams.
Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical positions (Software Engineering, DevOps, QA, etc.) in the Omaha and national markets.
- Sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and professional networks.
- Screening and interviewing potential candidates to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to define role requirements and success metrics.
- Managing the candidate experience from application to offer stage.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Proven track record of successfully filling open positions within the tech sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be available to work the assigned night shift hours.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Boolean search strategies.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
