As a night shift recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in our growth strategy, ensuring we continue to attract and secure exceptional candidates for our diverse portfolio of technical roles.
Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Sourcing Strategy: Utilize various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search techniques, to identify passive candidates.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- ATS Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure seamless workflow management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and team leaders to understand role requirements and provide market insights.
- Pipeline Building: Develop and nurture a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs to ensure business continuity.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Remote Work: Proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment, specifically within a night shift schedule.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of technical roles (Software Engineering, IT, Data) and the ability to evaluate technical resumes.
- Tools: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or similar platforms.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and persuasive tone.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated, organized, and able to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
