Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end technical recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top-tier candidates.
- Utilize Boolean search strategies and advanced sourcing techniques on LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Conduct technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and long-term potential.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring timelines.
- Manage the full lifecycle of requisitions from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Provide market insights and salary benchmarks to clients and candidates.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting, specifically in the software, SaaS, or IT sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical concepts (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Cloud Computing).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity.
