Responsibilities
- Execute targeted sourcing strategies on weekends to build a diverse and high-quality talent pipeline for engineering roles.
- Conduct initial phone screens and technical assessments for incoming applications to qualify candidates efficiently.
- Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and candidates, managing complex calendars across time zones.
- Post and optimize job listings on major tech platforms and niche job boards to attract top-tier talent.
- Collaborate with the full-time recruiting team to ensure seamless handoffs and data accuracy.
- Provide exceptional candidate experiences, ensuring clear communication and timely feedback throughout the process.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays (Eastern or Pacific Time zone preferred).
- Demonstrated experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, from pipeline generation to offer extension.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone and video.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
