Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO-optimized recruitment campaigns to attract passive technical candidates
- Source and engage qualified talent for software engineering, data science, and DevOps roles
- Optimize job descriptions and career pages for search engines and candidate experience
- Analyze recruitment funnel metrics and SEO performance to continuously improve strategies
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through targeted outreach and employer branding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define technical requirements and candidate profiles
- Implement advanced sourcing techniques using Boolean strings and specialized platforms
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience with proven SEO implementation
- Expertise in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever) and recruitment marketing tools
- Certification in SEO (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) or equivalent demonstrable skills
- Strong technical understanding of software development lifecycle and key tech stacks
