Responsibilities
- Sourcing and identifying qualified technical candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, GitHub, and tech communities.
- Conducting initial phone screens and technical assessments to evaluate candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Managing the full-cycle recruitment process for Engineering, Product, and IT roles, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Maintaining accurate candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM tools.
- Building a talent pipeline and maintaining relationships with passive candidates for future openings.
- Collaborating with the recruiting team to develop innovative sourcing strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Talent Acquisition.
- Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and Boolean sourcing techniques.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport remotely.
- Must be available to work Weekend Shifts (e.g., Saturday & Sunday) on a rotational basis.
- Experience working in a fully remote or hybrid environment is highly preferred.
