Key Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, Boolean searches, networking) to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Conduct phone screens and in-depth interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate data and timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and build effective hiring strategies.
- Provide market insights and salary benchmarks to support candidate negotiations.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport remotely.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical roles (Software Engineering, DevOps, QA, etc.).
