Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive SEO audits and keyword research to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
- Develop and implement technical SEO strategies, including site architecture, schema markup, and page speed optimization.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to screen resumes, schedule interviews, and manage candidate pipelines effectively.
- Conduct market research to identify top talent and industry trends in the technology and marketing sectors.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into web copy and blog posts.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and reporting tools to provide actionable insights.
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or technical recruiting.
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools like Ahrefs or SEMrush.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a flexible schedule.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles is a plus.
- Strong research skills and the ability to identify high-potential candidates quickly.
