Responsibilities
- Sourcing Candidates: Conduct full-cycle technical recruitment using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media platforms.
- Screening & Interviewing: Screen resumes, conduct phone and video interviews, and assess technical and soft skills.
- Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Talent Pipelining: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future openings.
- Job Posting: Post jobs to relevant job boards (Indeed, Glassdoor, LinkedIn) and optimize listings for SEO.
- Offer Management: Coordinate the offer process and negotiate compensation packages with candidates.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in Technical Recruiting (Software Engineering, IT, or Data).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Tools: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Setup: Reliable home internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
