Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize LinkedIn, Boolean search, and other ATS tools to identify and screen qualified candidates for open technical positions.
- Interviewing: Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and communication abilities.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build strong, long-term relationships.
- Offer Management: Manage the candidate offer process, including negotiation and onboarding coordination.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment strategies.
- Pipeline Building: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates to ensure continuous talent flow.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Tools: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter is required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse candidates.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently in a remote setting with flexible hours.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Location: Must reside in the United States (Memphis, TN area preferred).
