Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruiting (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing).
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies and tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search) to find passive candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future openings.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and success metrics.
- Manage candidate communications to ensure a world-class candidate experience.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring pipeline health.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- Proven success in recruiting hard-to-fill technical positions (Software Engineering, IT, etc.).
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup.
