Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, and QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while adhering to software engineering best practices.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to ensure code quality standards are met.
- Conduct regular system testing and security audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on backend or full-stack technologies.
- Strong proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (SQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
