- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support via phone, chat, and remote access
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for enterprise clients
- Document cases meticulously in CRM and ticketing systems

- Conduct remote equipment setup and configuration for new hires
- Maintain security protocols for remote access and data handling
- Participate in weekly team training and certification programs
Qualifications
- 2+ years of technical support experience (remote preferred)
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency with Windows/macOS and networking fundamentals
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High-speed home internet connection ( reimbursed)
- Valid US work authorization and Ohio/Texas residency
