Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified technical candidates across multiple channels including LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche job boards
- Develop and execute SEO-optimized job postings to maximize visibility in Kansas City's competitive tech market
- Conduct virtual interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and cultural fit
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from application to offer acceptance
- Analyze recruitment metrics and implement data-driven improvements

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
