Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified technical candidates across engineering, data science, and cybersecurity roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche platforms
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and build talent pipelines
- Implement diversity recruitment initiatives to build inclusive teams
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize processes for efficiency
- Maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS system
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with SaaS or enterprise tech companies
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment for software engineers and data professionals
- Proven track record of closing 15+ technical roles/month
- Advanced knowledge of recruitment technologies (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
- Strong network within Michigan's tech community preferred
- Ability to assess technical skills through structured interviews
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- BA/BS in HR, Business, or related field
