Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified technical candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche job boards
- Conduct in-depth technical interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer acceptance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract passive candidates
- Analyze recruitment metrics and optimize processes for efficiency
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience in the IT/tech sector
- Proven track record of successfully placing software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps professionals
- Expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct technical interviews for multiple programming languages and frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Self-motivated with excellent time management in a remote environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
