Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues via phone, chat, and remote access
- Deliver exceptional customer support with empathy and technical expertise
- Document cases accurately in ticketing systems for quality assurance
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex technical escalations
- Conduct device setups, configurations, and security patch management
- Proactively identify and suggest process improvements
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 2+ years of technical support experience with Windows/macOS/Linux systems
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High-speed home internet connection required
