Key Responsibilities
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment for technical positions using various sourcing channels and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and interview candidates to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline using Boolean search and advanced recruiting tools.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
