Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates across tech platforms (GitHub, Stack Overflow, LinkedIn)
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for software engineering, DevOps, and data science roles
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using Boolean search and AI tools
- Conduct technical interviews and collaborate with hiring managers
- Build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines for 15+ concurrent searches
- Optimize ATS workflows and implement recruitment analytics
- Represent company at virtual tech meetups and conferences
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with proven track record
- Expertise in sourcing hard-to-find engineering talent
- Deep understanding of tech stacks (Python, Java, cloud, ML/AI)
- Advanced knowledge of Boolean search and recruitment analytics
- Experience with Greenhouse, Lever, or similar ATS platforms
