- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and social media networking, to identify passive candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Manage candidate relationships through the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on pipeline health and hiring status.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Proven experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and technical skill sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with high self-discipline.
- Valid work authorization to work in the United States.
