Responsibilities
- Execute the full-cycle recruitment process specifically for weekend and evening technical roles, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and niche job boards to identify passive candidates and build a robust talent pipeline.
- Conduct technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit for our remote teams.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, write compelling job descriptions, and screen applicants.
- Manage candidate communications, coordinate interview schedules, and provide timely feedback throughout the process.
- Track key recruitment metrics and provide weekly reports on hiring pipeline health and time-to-fill.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources, with a preference for remote hiring experience.
- Proven ability to work effectively during weekends and evening hours as a core part of the role.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong knowledge of technical domains including Software Engineering, DevOps, or IT Support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professionalism and clarity.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fully remote environment.
