Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified technical candidates across software engineering, data science, and cybersecurity roles
- Conduct virtual interviews and assess candidate skills against client requirements
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including offer negotiations and onboarding support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and industry stakeholders
- Utilize ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever) to track candidate pipelines and ensure compliance
- Analyze market trends to develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize recruitment workflows
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience with a focus on engineering roles
- Proven success in remote or hybrid recruitment environments
- Expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and GitHub sourcing techniques
- Strong understanding of Seattle's tech ecosystem and competitive landscape
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts clearly
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
