Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach.
- Conduct product presentations and consultations to understand client needs.
- Close sales deals and negotiate contracts with potential customers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention.
- Update and manage customer information in our CRM database.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
