As a key member of our Global Futures Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and external thought leaders to anticipate paradigm shifts in AI, biotechnology, quantum computing, and sustainable infrastructure. Your insights will directly influence product development, market expansion, and corporate strategy in an era of unprecedented change.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends and socio-economic indicators to forecast industry shifts through 2030
- Develop innovation frameworks for emerging domains (quantum AI, neural interfaces, climate tech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable roadmaps
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and frontier tech startups
- Present foresight findings to executive leadership and investor communities
- Design ethical governance protocols for next-generation technologies
- Lead the 2026 Technology Impact Assessment initiative
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record of successfully forecasting tech adoption curves
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AR/VR)
- Strong network of relationships with venture capital and research institutions
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (whitepapers, patents)
- Experience leading global teams in matrix organizations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Roadmapping preferred
