- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to integrate futuristic solutions into current workflows.
- Resource Allocation: Manage budgets for R&D and oversee the hiring of specialized talent to support future tech projects.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders to secure buy-in and funding.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in senior technology leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a strategic planning or C-suite capacity.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, long-term technology initiatives and digital transformations.
- Tech Savviness: Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically in AI, Blockchain, and cloud infrastructure.
