Responsibilities
- Source Candidates: Utilize Boolean search techniques and professional networks (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow) to identify and engage passive and active candidates for open positions.
- Screen & Interview: Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit. Schedule and coordinate technical interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM tools. Develop and nurture a strong talent pipeline for future needs.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and refine job descriptions to attract top talent.
- Market Analysis: Stay current on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to ensure we offer competitive packages.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the offer process and coordinate onboarding materials to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience in a customer-facing role.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, persuasive tone.
- Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of software development life cycles and technical terminology (e.g., Python, React, AWS) is a plus.
- Self-Motivation: A high degree of self-direction and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in sales, customer service, or previous internship roles.
- Tools: Comfortable learning new software and CRM systems quickly.
