Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and recruit top-tier technical talent (Software Engineering, Data Science, DevOps) for remote positions.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build talent pipelines.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other ATS tools to identify passive candidates.
- Conduct virtual interviews and coordinate onboarding for remote employees.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting, specifically within the IT and Software sectors.
- Demonstrated success in closing hard-to-fill roles and managing high-volume pipelines.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on remote collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
