As an Entry Level Technical Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in our growth strategy. You will work closely with our Engineering and Product teams to identify, source, and secure top-tier talent. We provide extensive training to ensure your success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking) to source candidates and screen resumes for technical roles.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Market Research: Research industry trends and salary benchmarks to advise hiring managers on compensation strategies.
- Candidate Engagement: Build strong relationships with passive candidates and provide a world-class candidate experience.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a seamless transition into the company.
- Reporting: Provide weekly reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and source of hire.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional phone presence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar) is a plus.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
- Networking: Strong networking skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse individuals.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn new technologies and recruiting methodologies.
- Location: Must be based in the San Jose, CA area or willing to commute to our office for training (Remote work option available post-training).
