Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Architect and lead the technical strategy for systems that will support our growth trajectory through 2026 and beyond.
- Scalability & Performance: Design high-availability systems capable of handling massive concurrency and data throughput.
- AI Integration: Oversee the integration of machine learning models into core infrastructure pipelines to automate and optimize operations.
- Cloud Migration: Spearhead the transition and optimization of legacy systems to modern cloud-native environments (AWS/Azure).
- Tech Stack Governance: Establish and enforce coding standards, architectural patterns, and best practices across engineering teams.
- Crisis Management: Lead incident response and architectural resilience planning to ensure business continuity during critical events.
- Mentorship: Mentor senior engineers and technical leads, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or hands-on architect role.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Cloud Mastery: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Programming: Proficiency in at least two of the following: Python, Go, Rust, or Java.
- AI/ML Knowledge: Practical experience integrating AI/ML models into production systems and understanding of MLOps.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving ambiguous problems and driving technical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
