Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware/software issues via remote access tools
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for Windows/macOS environments and enterprise applications
- Document incidents, solutions, and knowledge base articles in ITSM systems
- Collaborate with network/security teams on vulnerability remediation
- Train end-users on cybersecurity best practices and productivity tools
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential disruptions
- Support 24/7 on-call rotation (rotational schedule)
Qualifications
- 3+ years in enterprise-level remote tech support
- Expertise in Active Directory, VPNs, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ITSM platforms
- Strong analytical skills and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Exceptional written communication for documentation and client interactions
- BS in IT/Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
