Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain enterprise infrastructure during night shift hours
- Provide Tier 3/4 technical support for complex system issues
- Execute scheduled maintenance and security patches
- Collaborate with global teams via ticketing systems (Jira/ServiceNow)
- Document incident resolutions and create knowledge base articles
- Lead disaster recovery drills and emergency response protocols
- Optimize system performance using monitoring tools (Splunk/Nagios)
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise IT support or systems administration
- Expertise in Windows Server, Linux, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls)
- Previous night shift experience with proven reliability
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA Security+, CCNP, or equivalent)
- Advanced troubleshooting skills for complex infrastructure issues
- Ability to work autonomously in high-pressure scenarios
