Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic planning process to identify key technological trends for 2026 and beyond, translating them into concrete product roadmaps.
- Predictive AI Strategy: Oversee the integration of Generative AI and Autonomous Systems into our core infrastructure.
- Future-Proofing: Conduct rigorous scenario planning to mitigate risks associated with rapid technological obsolescence.
- Innovation Labs: Manage an internal R&D division dedicated to experimental technologies like Digital Twins and Quantum-ready algorithms.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Communicate complex futuristic concepts to C-suite executives and board members to secure buy-in for long-term investments.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic technology leadership, with at least 3 years focusing on future trends and emerging technologies.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, Blockchain scalability, and Spatial Computing interfaces.
- Visionary Mindset: Proven track record of forecasting industry shifts and adapting organizational strategies accordingly.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in high-pressure environments.
