- Develop and implement the 2026 technology vision framework across 3+ industry verticals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and innovation hubs
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging trends with 3-5 year impact
- Create executive-level innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with ROI-focused prioritization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology foresight leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, IoT, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Engineering, or Business
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight credential preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional stakeholder management across executive, academic, and government levels
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ successful innovation initiatives
