Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 remote IT support via phone, chat, and ticketing systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware/software issues across diverse platforms
- Monitor network security and perform system maintenance during off-peak hours
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with global teams on system updates and deployments
- Manage user access and security protocols
- Conduct routine system audits and performance optimization
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with remote work exposure
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification or equivalent
- Proficiency in Windows/macOS/Linux environments
- Strong troubleshooting skills for cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Excellent written communication for technical documentation
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM PT)
- Experience with ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow)
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional on-site visits)
