Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 technical support for enterprise systems and client infrastructure
- Monitor and resolve network, server, and application issues during overnight shifts
- Document incident tickets, resolutions, and system changes in ITSM platforms
- Collaborate with global teams during critical system outages and maintenance windows
- Implement security protocols and access controls for overnight system access
- Conduct proactive system health checks and performance optimization
- Train junior staff on escalation procedures and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or system administration
- CCNA or CompTIA Security+ certification required
- Expertise in Windows Server, Linux, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network, database, and application issues
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight hours
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira) and monitoring systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
