Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for enterprise clients via remote access and ticketing systems
- Diagnose and resolve complex network, hardware, and software issues during night shift hours
- Implement security protocols and perform system vulnerability assessments
- Document incident reports and maintain detailed knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with global teams during critical system outages and maintenance windows
- Monitor system health using advanced monitoring tools like Splunk and Nagios
- Conduct periodic system audits and optimize performance metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise-level IT support experience with night shift exposure
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Proficiency in remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk) and ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow)
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting complex technical issues
- Excellent written communication for documenting technical procedures
- Ability to work independently during unsupervised night shifts
- High-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps) and dedicated home office space
