Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure during overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Provide remote technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Execute system backups, updates, and security protocols during off-peak hours
- Document incidents, resolutions, and system performance metrics
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless cross-shift operations
- Proactively identify and resolve potential system vulnerabilities
Qualifications
