Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 3-4 technical support for complex network, server, and cloud infrastructure during night hours
- Monitor and resolve critical system alerts using advanced monitoring tools like SolarWinds and Nagios
- Execute emergency patching and system maintenance during low-traffic windows
- Collaborate with global teams via Slack/Jira for seamless incident resolution
- Document all procedures, knowledge base articles, and post-incident reports
- Lead disaster recovery simulations and system optimization projects
- Maintain 99.9% uptime SLAs for enterprise clients
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise-level IT support with night shift experience
- Expert-level certification (AWS/Azure, CCNP, or CISSP)
- Advanced proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, and Active Directory
