Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 remote technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot complex IT problems for enterprise clients using diagnostic tools and remote access
- Document all interactions and resolutions in ticketing systems with detailed technical notes
- Collaborate with global teams to resolve escalated issues and implement preventive measures
- Maintain system security protocols and respond to cybersecurity incidents during shift hours
- Conduct remote installations, configurations, and system maintenance for enterprise clients
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential technical disruptions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical support or IT operations
- Proficiency in Windows, macOS, Linux, and enterprise networking environments
- Strong troubleshooting skills with experience in remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.)
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification or equivalent industry-recognized credential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
- Must have reliable high-speed internet and dedicated home office space
- Availability to work night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM EST) with flexible scheduling
