Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network systems during overnight hours
- Monitor and maintain server infrastructure, databases, and cloud services to ensure 99.9% uptime
- Document all support tickets, incidents, and resolutions in compliance with ITIL standards
- Collaborate with global teams to resolve cross-time zone technical escalations
- Proactively identify system vulnerabilities and implement security patches
- Conduct system backups and disaster recovery testing during low-traffic periods
- Train users on remote access protocols and security best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or system administration
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
