Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 technical support via phone, chat, and remote access for enterprise clients
- Monitor system health and proactively address infrastructure issues during night hours
- Document and resolve IT incidents using ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow)
- Collaborate with global support teams to ensure seamless handoffs and continuity
- Conduct system backups, security checks, and maintenance during off-peak hours
- Train junior staff on support protocols and escalation procedures
- Generate performance reports and improvement recommendations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in IT support or helpdesk environment
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience with Windows/Linux systems and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Ability to work independently during night shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong troubleshooting skills with network, hardware, and software issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays during critical incidents
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
