Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 technical support via phone, chat, and email for enterprise clients
- Troubleshoot complex software/hardware issues using remote diagnostic tools
- Document all interactions in CRM systems with detailed resolution notes
- Collaborate with Tier 2 engineers to escalate unresolved incidents
- Monitor system health and proactively address potential outages
- Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) for response and resolution times
- Conduct weekly knowledge base updates for self-service resources
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years in technical support or customer service role
- Proficiency with Windows/macOS, networking fundamentals, and cloud platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with analytical mindset
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification a plus
- Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site in Lincoln, NE
